This Executive Level Sales Position will be responsible for substantially increasing sales volume through a consultative sales process. As part of our Sales Team this position must be at ease communicating with top-level executives, business owners and marketing directors via phone and email.

• Successful cultivation and closing of sales opportunities through a consultative sales process.
• Ownership and growth of an assigned book of business against stated targets, including casting and meeting monthly targets.
• Heavy outbound and inbound call activity without large variances in energy or qualify of contact.
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
• Conduct business via email, telephone, and occasionally participate in industry trade shows.
• Comfortably manage business day through our web based account and phone management software.
• History of progressive sales success, 5+ years experience required.
• An unparalleled level of integrity, energy, optimism, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Lead Sales Background preferred but not required with comparable online sales experience
• Internet Savvy with excellent computer skills.
• A self motivator with excellent multi-tasking abilities and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience in the Franchise industry is a must.
